Our offerings include: Spinning©, HIIT Training©, Jumba©, and Zumba© in a studio setting.
At Velocity Indoor Cycling Studio, we respect your time, classes will start on time and if a class is on the sehedule, then you can expect that class will be on that day and time, even if that class has to be substituted for HIIT©, Zumba© or Boot Camp. No worries, all classes are user friendly. All exercises can be modified to your fitness level.
My love for Spinning started many years ago. I enjoy cycling so much that I became a certified Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Atlethics, the company that started Spinning. Spinning is my passion. I do it becuase it not only tones and defines, but I believe exercise is a form of therapy and exercise releases happy endorphins. Vicky D.
